With a background that spans states, industries, and decades of service, Cindy Champer brings a wealth of knowledge—and a heart for people—to our team.

Cindy previously worked in real estate sales in Kentucky, and holds a B.A. in Journalism & Communications from Wayne State University, along with MBA coursework from Morehead State. Her experience goes far beyond housing—she’s been a leader and trailblazer in nearly everything she touches.

She’s a longtime member of the Business & Professional Women’s Club (since 1977!) and even served as their State President. She was also the first woman internationally to join Kiwanis, later becoming their Ohio Governor and currently serves as club secretary for I-Next Kiwanis. You’ll also find her lending her time and talents to the Toledo Opera Guild.

Cindy’s not just joining a team—she’s continuing a lifetime mission of service, leadership, and lifting others up. We’re incredibly proud to have her on board.
