Rusty Hanna grew up in Sylvania and carries those hometown roots into everything he does. After earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Education from the University of Toledo, he spent years teaching and coaching, including setting records as a placekicker for the Rockets. That experience shaped the way he shows up for people: patient, driven, and always ready to help someone reach the next goal.

Real estate became a natural extension of that. After buying and selling multiple homes of his own, Rusty realized how important it is to find a house that feels like home—the place where real life happens. That understanding fuels the way he works with clients today. He believes real estate is just as much about people as it is about properties, and he approaches every conversation with warmth, care, and a genuine commitment to helping families plant roots they’re excited about.

Outside of work, Rusty stays active and close to family. Some of his favorite days are spent at the lake skiing, tubing, and boating with his wife and children.
